The current factoring landscape involves two approaches - self-factor or the traditional "full factor" approach.

Although many homeowners are dissatisfied with the standard approach to factoring, they are reluctant to move to self-factoring. MyFactor offers the possibility of a new approach to factoring - one where the factor acts primarily as an arbiter and advisor. In this approach, the factor can manage as much or as little as the group decides - with the management fee obviously being dependent on the workload.

As MyFactor grows we anticipate that new property management companies will appear, based on the MyFactor system. It is part of our strategy to encourage this change in the market.
